What is your member ID?

Your Member ID is a unique number that identify's your details on our database. You can find your number in two places:

• at the bottom of your What's On? updates email
• printed at the bottom of the covering letter page when you receive What's On? in the mail.

Entering this number will ensure we update your details correctly.
