Traffic Info and Road Closures - November 2008
Thursday 27 November 2008 - Andre Rieu Concert
The following road closures will occur at 6:00am on Thursday 27 November 2008:
- Olympic Boulevard between Dawn Fraser Avenue and Grand Parade
- Dawn Fraser Avenue between Showground Road and Olympic Boulevard
The above roads closures will be removed at 6:00am on Sunday 30 November 2008
The following road closures will commence at 12 noon:
- Grand Parade at Olympic Boulevard
- Dawn Fraser Avenue between Edwin Flack Avenue and Showground Road
- Olympic Boulevard between Sarah Durack Avenue and Kevin Coombs Avenue
- Herb Elliott Avenue at Olympic Boulevard
- Figtree Drive at Olympic Boulevard
- Kevin Coombs Avenue between Australia Avenue and Pondage Link
The above road closures will be removed at 6:00am on Friday 28 November 2008.
The following road closures will commence at 5:00pm:
- Showground Road between Novotel Loading Dock and Murray Rose Avenue
- Dawn Fraser Avenue Between Showground Road and Park Street
- Rod Laver Drive at Mouse Hole gates
- Shirley Strickland Avenue at P4 Car park roundabout
The above road closures will be removed at 6:00am on Friday 28 November 2008.
The following closures will take place for the concert egress (approximately 10:00pm to 12:30am):
- Edwin Flack Avenue from Birnie Ave to Old Hill Link
- Edwin Flack Avenue at Acer Arena Loading Dock
- Shirley Strickland Avenue at Sarah Durack Avenue
Friday 28 November 2008 - Andre Rieu Concert
The following road closures will occur at 12 noon:
- Grand Parade at Olympic Boulevard
- Dawn Fraser Avenue between Edwin Flack Avenue and Showground Road
- Olympic Boulevard between Grand Parade and the Northern Turning Circle
The above road closures will be removed at 6:00am on Sunday 30 November 2008.
The following road closures will commence at 12 noon:
- Olympic Boulevard between Sarah Durack Avenue and Dawn Fraser Avenue
- Herb Elliott Avenue at Olympic Boulevard
- Figtree Drive at Olympic Boulevard

Park Street road closure - until December 2008
Due to the construction for the Commonwealth Bank offices buildings (development sites 6 and 7) Park Street between Herb Elliott Avenue and Dawn Fraser Avenue will be closed to all traffic until December 2008.
Both P6B and P6C car parks will be closed to vehicles. Vehicles can still park in the adjacent car parks of P6E, P6F and P6D which are also pay and display.
Park Street between Dawn Fraser Avenue and Murray Rose Avenue will remain open to traffic.
