Sydney Olympic Park Lodge

Sydney Olympic Park Lodge is a 98 bed accommodation facility in the heart of the parklands. Centrally located to the CBD and the Blue Mountains with public transport on your doorstep, Sydney Olympic Park Lodge is the ideal accommodation facility for your next group stay.

The 40-hectare heritage listed site that surrounds Sydney Olympic Park Lodge encompasses over 100 heritage-listed buildings amid woodlands, wetlands and parklands bordered by the Parramatta River. It is an ideal location for a unique sleepover experience!

For an action packed experience combine your sleepover with a wide range of education programs, behind-the-scenes tours and recreational activities offered in the Park. Programs are delivered by trained teachers, leading sports coaches and instructors and are tailored to take advantage of the Park’s world-class, all weather sporting facilities, venues and parklands.

Sydney Olympic Park Lodge is proudly managed by the YMCA of Sydney.

Accommodation 

Flexible accommodation options are available for up to 98 guests in comfortable 4-8 bed rooms with separate teacher and driver rooms. Guests will need to bring their own sleeping bag, pillow and towels.

Catering

Delicious meals are prepared and served in the historic dining hall. Our chefs are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.

Programs

All guests staying at Sydney Olympic Park Lodge are to complete at least one program within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. There are a wide variety of specialist education programs, activities and experiences to choose from and they all vary in price and duration.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of GST per person per night as of 1 July, 2008.

Student Groups (Australian school, TAFE and University Students)

• Students: $39.00 bed & breakfast. One teacher per class of 30 visiting students' stays for free. Professional Bus driver stays for free with everything included.
• Supervising Adults: $54.00 bed & breakfast.

Non-student Groups (Family, Community, Sporting and Interest Groups)

• Children (Aged under 15 years): $49.00 bed & breakfast.
• Adults: $71.00 bed & breakfast.

Additional

• Meal - Lunch: $7.00 sandwiches, fruit & juice box
• Meal - Dinner: $12.00 hot meal including dessert. Premium meal packages are available on request
• Meal - Morning Tea: $3.50 cookies, fruit, cordial

• Meal - Afternoon Tea: $3.50 cookies, fruit, cordial

• Bed Linen
• $12.00 - 1 night stay
• $15.00 - 2 or more nights stay
• $15.00 - additional charge if guests want linens to be changed

Linens include 2 flat sheets, 1 pillow case & 1 woollen blanket. We supply pillows.  Towels not supplied.

Exclusive use of the Lodge

$4,080.00 per night. Where guest booking numbers are less than 75% of the facility capacity (60 beds) exclusivity can not be guaranteed. Groups of less than 60 can book the facility exclusively but will be charged at a minimum per night rate of $4,080.00 (60 x adult rate). All groups larger than 60 will be charged at the appropriate per person per night rate.
