State Plan - A New Direction for NSW

You will have your dinner party guests begging for more with these secret ingredients…

Everybody has experienced the stress of trying to arrange the correct ingredients to host a successful dinner party! Sydney Olympic Park’s Boulevard Market is about to change all that with a “Party! Party! Party!” theme on Sunday 26 February 2006.

Darren Taylor and Miccal Cummings, two of Sydney’s finest chefs in the exclusive end of the catering industry, will be at the Boulevard Market to share their practical tips and award winning techniques for hosting the perfect dinner party.

This talented duo will show you how to give your dinner party the ultimate ‘WOW’ factor and ease your stress by demonstrating some easy to prepare delicious dishes that include:

  • Pink grapefruit, cashew and toasted coconut salad
  • Salt and chilli squid
  • Mini bocconcini with olive, basil and dried tomato.

Darren Taylor and Miccal Cummings, directors of Gastronomy, have had more than 40 years combined experience in the restaurant and catering industries and as a result, boast a delicious array of classical French cookery dominated by dishes drawn from Tuscany, Naples, Bali, Asia and Japan.

There is also entertainment for the kids at the Boulevard Market, with ‘Kids Kitchen Capers’ hosting a range of free arts and crafts activities for kids from 10am.

With FREE entry and plenty of entertainment for the whole family, there is no other place to be on a Sunday morning. So come along and PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!
