State Plan - A New Direction for NSW

New Parking Fees in Place from 1 January

8 December 2008

New parking fees will be introduced at Sydney Olympic Park on 1 January 2009.

This is the first move in parking fees in more than five years.

Casual parking will increase to $4 an hour and a maximum of $20 a day, and major event* and pre-booked parking will move to $20 (plus any associated booking fee).

Permanent parking rates for businesses will also change, as noted below:

P4, P5, P6 and P7	$100 a calendar month
RAS, P1, P2 and P3	$115 a calendar month
P8	$200 a calendar month or $1,750 a year.

Permanent parking fees are payable in advance and are valid between 6.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Limited permanent parking fees are available on a 24 hours a day / seven days a week basis.
