Why use a kitchen full of pans when one will do? Famed Italian Chef, Danny Russo, will be demonstrating delicious meals that can all be created in just one pan at Sydney Olympic Park, Boulevard Markets on Sunday 24 July.
From tasty risottos to exotic paellas, cooking demonstrations will be interwoven with hints and tips on matching the right pan to each meal and taking care of kitchen equipment. No flash in the pan, Danny has wowed diners in Rome, London and at Balmain favourite - L’unico. As well as being awarded a revered Chef’s Hat in the SMH Good Food Awards 2002.
These one pan wonders will join the fabulous Boulevard Market line-up of international food, goods, crafts, fashion accessories, homewares, essential cooking ingredients and fresh produce.
Just because the school holidays are over doesn’t mean the kids miss out! With free arts and crafts, food for every age and palate and ‘Kids’ Kitchen Capers’ running between 10am and 2pm, there are activities to keep the whole family entertained and satisfied at the Boulevard Market.
The Boulevard Markets are located at Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park and run from 9.00am-2.00pm on Sunday July 24.
