Retail Leasing Opportunity

The Authority has potential retail space available in the Heritage Precinct.

The site consists of Heritage Building “C” and forecourt with areas of 124 and 195 square metres respectively

Heritage Building “C” has been used for commercial office space for the past 5 years but before this period was a café that commenced operation leading into the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Increased visitation and daily occupation at Sydney Olympic Park has resulted in The Authority being willing to receive offers for a 5 year lease of this unique and charming heritage building.
