All NSW Government agencies are required by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care's "Disability Policy Framework" to prepare a Disability Action Plan for the 2006-2008 period.
The Sydney Olympic Park Authority seeks to ensure that all people can participate in activities at Sydney Olympic Park with dignity and equity. Accordingly, the DAP prepared by the Authority, identifies measurable actions in a range of areas considered to have the greatest potential to improve equitable access in the provision of public services at Sydney Olympic Park.
The Disability Action Plan was endorsed for adoption by the Authority's Access Advisory Committee on the 14 March 2006.
