Commercial Concessions

Permission is required by individuals or organisations to conduct an approved activity in the public domain at Sydney Olympic Park. In most circumstances, a concession fee is applicable.

Major Event Coach and Charter Bus Parking Application


Sydney Olympic Park has a pre-booked parking fee of $55 (inc GST & non refundable) for coaches and buses attending major events such as, NRL Grand Final, State of Origin and ARU Games.

Bookings must be made 5 working days prior to the event. The terms and conditions and an access map can also be found in the above application form.

Film Shoots

Sydney Olympic Park offers a unique opportunity for film, photography and television activities of all sizes with plenty of parking on site.

Once an application is submitted and approved, applicants will be issued with a licence agreement outlining the terms and conditions relating to the shoot. All filming fees and any bond must be paid by the event date.
