‘Education for Sustainability’ is the focus of a new teacher professional development workshop for secondary Geography and Science teachers to be held on Friday 17 October 2008. Participants will be equipped to integrate principles of sustainability into their teaching programs through innovative and engaging activities.
Sydney Olympic Park delivers environmentally based school excursion programs to over 25,000 K-12 students annually. These programs are linked to syllabus outcomes from a range of Key Learning Areas and utilise the Park’s diverse environments. Registration is essential.
