Sydney Olympic Park offers a host of versatile spaces to accommodate boardroom meetings, training seminars, workshops, AGM's, residential conferences, conventions from intimate groups of 10 up to a large convention for 21,000.

All venues are fitted with separate breakout rooms or have expansive meeting rooms, which partition into smaller rooms, and are also equipped with audiovisual infrastructure and in house technicians. There are options for using both natural light or black out and the convenience of loading and unloading equipment at adjacent loading docks.

In some of the venues, large foyer areas adjacent to meeting rooms provide an opportunity for peripheral activities. With flexible exhibition space featuring natural light, we are also perfect for conference exhibitions.

Explore the number of different options from the Grand Ballroom of Acer Arena to the pillar free expanse of the Courtside Grand Room at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre. With its tiered seating, the Arena at the Sports Centre is perfect for your next AGM or the Southee Complex at Sydney Showground offers you sun-drenched rooms that can be blacked out to suit, plus a choice of indoor/outdoor spaces that will keep your delegates fresh and relaxed. Overlooking Lake Belvedere in Bicentennial Park, the WatervieW Convention Centre offers a pillarless space with ceiling heights of 4.5 to 6.5 metres and fitted out with stafe of the art audio visual equipment.

The Novotel and Hotel Ibis is centrally located on site and is just a short walk to all venues making us ideal for residential conferences.
