Sydney Olympic Park's outstanding array of venues enables it to host everything including gala dinners, cocktail parties, breakfast functions, award ceremonies, product launches, Christmas celebrations and much more from intimate functions of 15 up to a spectacular extravaganza for 6,000.

Some options, which will leave a lasting impression with your guests, include a poolside gala dinner at the Aquatic Centre where the competition pool can become your stage; a banquet for 1,800 in the arena at Acer Arena; cocktails in The Stables at Sydney Showground complete with horses and a rustic feel or arena side at Telstra Stadium. Alternatively, experience the tranquility of Bicentennial Park whilst enjoying cocktails overlooking Lake Belvedere at WatervieW Convention Centre.

When it comes to catering all our venues boast quality in house caterers, many of them award winning. External catering is not permitted within the major venues.
