The brand new WatervieW Convention Centre opened on 29 September 2005.
WatervieW Convention Centre is set in the 40 hectares of parklands of Bicentennial Park overlooking Lake Belvedere and is a purpose built, multi-function complex hosting conferences, exhibitions, private functions and special events. Catering for as few as 20 to 840 seated and up to 1500 cocktail it has the ability to break down into five separate rooms. 
WatervieW also features the very stylish, al fresco setting of Bel Parco Restaurant offering Italian cuisine and seating for 170 guests. The serene garden settings of Lilies Cafe will cater for up to 220 guests.
Dockside Group will operate this new venue and bring to the Park an experienced team, exceptional food and professional service.
