More Than An Athlete

More than an Athlete' explores the idea of athletes using their voice outside of the sporting arena and having a say in political and social issues. Generally, when an athlete decides to speak out on a political issue they end up getting thrashed by the media saying it is not their place to speak. The thing that these four athletes have in common, is they all decided to create a voice for themselves and speak out on a certain political issue, no matter the circumstances. I wanted to showcase this in my body of work.
