Students gain first hand insights into the environmental, social and economic sustainability principles that underpin the growth of our Park - Australia’s largest urban renewal project. Students will complete a range of fieldwork tasks and geographic skills to assist them to answer the Focus Question "How has Sydney Olympic Park effectively managed environmental change to enhance sustainability?"
Activities include:
As a post excursion activity the students can rise to the challenge of designing their own sustainable township in today's increasingly urbanised world.
