Sydney Olympic Park Authority is calling for applications to an open tender to develop a new set of guidelines that will see Sydney Olympic Park as a world-leading destination that welcomes and includes all people.

Qualified, experienced and well-resourced organisations are encouraged to apply for the tender, which outlines the Access and Inclusion Guidelines will guide the design and development of the built environment, strategic planning, customer experience and ongoing operations at Sydney Olympic Park.

The new Access and Inclusion Guidelines are to replace a current set of Access Guidelines that focus largely on the built environment.  The new guidelines will extend beyond built form to deliver on social and wellbeing outcomes as well, with a strong emphasis on engaging with the community.

Sydney Olympic Park is recognised as an exemplar location for accessibility, built on the legacy of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.

These new Guidelines aim to continue to set Sydney Olympic Park at the forefront of championing inclusion and accessibility.

The Open Tender is closes on 2pm on Tuesday 22 December 2020.
