Did you know on Wednesday 8 June we will be hosting 80,000 visitors for State of Origin Game 1?
It’s going to be busy so please come and join the fun!
The Origin experience starts at 5pm, so arrive early and take advantage of the pre-game entertainment and dining on offer, with plenty of restaurants, bars and food trucks near the stadium.

If you’re not keen on joining please be aware that traffic will already be very heavy on all roads approaching and within Sydney Olympic Park, especially between 5pm - 7.30pm.
If you live at Sydney Olympic Park, consider the best time to travel home to avoid delays during peak periods.
If you work at Sydney Olympic Park, consider the best time to leave work to avoid delays during peak arrival periods or stay back to enjoy the State of Origin atmosphere.

For Murray Rose Ave businesses adjacent to the train station, there will be no access to driveways between approximately 9.30pm-11.30pm.
For Figtree Drive residents/businesses, you will be able to exit Figtree Drive from Olympic Boulevard until 8pm. After this time, exit will be left turn only at Australia Ave.
At all times cars will be allowed to:
Try to avoid traffic congestion hot spots at Australia Ave and Sarah Durack intersection and the Homebush Bay Drive roundabout.
Whatever you’re doing please be aware the game is on and plan your night.
