Brickpit Ring Walk

A favourite amongst locals is the Brickpit Ring walk, this award winning, wheel-chair accessible walk soars 18.5m above the Brickpit and is layered in history.

Cathy Freeman Park

In the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, Cathy Freeman Park is surrounded by the Olympic Venues of our legacy and several pieces of urban art. Centrally located to cafes, amenities, seating and a playground for the littlies.

Fig Grove

A quiet picnic spot, Fig Grove named from the magnificent fig trees that were remnant of the former abattoirs, it now provides a picturesque picnic spot amongst water features and urban art installations near the town centre.

Abattoir Heritage Precinct

These beautiful buildings were once the administration buildings, and part of the one of the largest and most modern abattoirs in the world at the time. This area is now home to a Heritage Rose Garden , Rainforest Glade and Cactus Garden, that could easily make you forget you are in the present day.

Bicycle Pathways

There are over 35km’s of bicycle pathways at Sydney Olympic Park. Don’t have your own bike, why not hire a bike from Bicentennial Park?

Parklands Circuit – 5.5km

This is the trail for nature lovers, to reconnect with the environment and de-stress. Ride through the picturesque Bicentennial Park, including Badu Mangroves, Bird Hide and Waterbird Refuge along Homebush Bay.

Olympic Circuit – 7.7km

Start at the town centre, the heart of Sydney Olympic Park and its Olympic Legacy, cycling around the breathtaking architecture of the Olympic Venues and its tributes during our 20 year anniversary.

River Heritage Circuit  - 11.1km

Ride along the Parramatta River, and through the heritage Newington Armory precinct. Extend your ride through Newington green community, and challenge yourself to get to the top of a spiral marker at Wool-la-ra or Haslam’s Creek Marker. Both offering panoramic  views of the park and city skyline.


BMX & Mountain X

Hidden behind the P5 Carpark is the thrill and excitement of a Mountain X Track. This 250m track with wicked downhills and thrilling jumps is perfect for beginners and pros.

Free to use outside the club event times.
