Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre has a wide range of facilities to offer hours of enjoyment for the whole family.

Competition Pool

• 51.5m x 25m
• 10 lanes
• 2m - 3m in depth

Suitable for long course or short course swimming, Water Polo, Synchronised Swimming, Canoe Polo, Scuba Diving, Underwater Hockey

Moveable bulkhead - allows the water area to be divided for more efficient use, including two 25m short course pools.

Underwater viewing windows provide media with unique photo opportunities and provide coaches with the perfect location from which to evaluate and analyse training techniques.

Training Pool

• 33m fibre glass floating moveable floor
• Depth varies from 0m - 2.5m

Suitable for lap swimming, swim programs, leisure swimming, aquarobics

Utility Pool

• 33m x 25m
• Depth from 3m - 5m
• 10 lane 25m short course across the pool
• Diving springboards and platforms

Suitable for diving, water polo and synchronised swimming

• 7.5m platform
• 5m platform
• 3m platform
• 1m platform
• 3 x 3m springboards
• 2 x 1m springboards (not available to the public, only accessible when booked with a qualified dive coach)

Incorporated into the design of this pool is a 'surge bubble' which is used to assist divers during training. The 'bubble' breaks the water as the diver hits and prevents injuries by softening the water surface. Underwater viewing windows, available when booked for a corporate or commercial request.
