The Competition Arena is an international standard track and field facility.
The track is an IAAF approved state-of-the-art Rekortan synthetic track made by Polytan to facilitate sprint, throws, jumps, hurdles and steeple chase.
It is a multi-use facility hosting numerous athletic carnivals annually including major national and international meets.
It features a 10m x 6m electronic video board, arena lighting and meeting/function rooms.
The infield grassed area is a full size playing field (108m x 72m) capable of hosting soccer, rugby union, rugby league, American football games and training. Featuring a sand base providing excellent drainage and meticulously maintained to deliver one of Sydney's premier playing fields.
