Saturday 30 May 2026: Blaxland Riverside Park, Armory Wharf and Newington Armory planned power outage
Ausgrid have scheduled a planned power outage affecting Blaxland Riverside Park, Armory Wharf and Newington Armory from 7am to 8pm on Saturday 30 May 2026. During this time, some facilities will be unavailable:
- Amenities will be closed, though temporary toilets will be provided for visitors
- The water features and water play area at Blaxland Riverside Park will be closed for the day
- Water bubblers and BBQs won’t be in operation
If you’re planning a day out, Bicentennial Park, Wentworth Common remain open as usual and make for great alternative spots to enjoy the Park.
