  • Events notice: Saturday 19 July
    Our local roads are expected to peak with traffic between 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm for the NRL at Accor Stadium.
  • Sound notice: Saturday 19 July
    Please be advised the following event “AR GANG” will be held on Saturday 19 July from 5:00 pm – midnight at Sydney Showground. There may be intermittent noise on Friday 18 July due to sound testing. For event related sound level enquiries please contact the Event Noise Hotline: 02 9714 7310.
  • See our site works page on mySOP engage for updates on projects which may cause some disruption to normal conditions. Upcoming works to note:
    • 21 July – 19 August: Train line Australia Ave pedestrian bridge works, near Opal Tower. This will involve a site compound along parking spaces on Brushbox St, adjacent to the underpass. Works will be undertaken in sections to maintain pedestrian/cycle access over the bridge.
    • Due to weather conditions, the temporary closure of Brickpit Ring Walk is extended while upgrades to interpretive signage is completed. Updates will be available on mySOP Engage.  
  • Changed Parking Conditions in the Parklands – Stage 2 
    Changed parking conditions in the parklands have been extended to the carparks which service Wentworth Common, the Brickpit Ring Walk (at Marjorie Jackson Pkwy) and the Archery Centre. These are now online and active. Find out more.
