Confirmation and Payment

All bookings are tentative until the hirer receives written confirmation.

I confirm that I accept them on behalf of the organisation and confirm the above organisation holds a public liability policy to a minimum value of $20 million.

All bookings must be paid in full prior to the first booking date.

Payment will be processed when booking is confirmed. If paying by credit card to confirm booking:
  • Pay in person at counter prior to booking date at Quaycentre reception
  • Phone 9714 7600 Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Your personal information is collected by the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) using services provided by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI), as administrator of this website.

From 1 November 2026, the NSW Office of Sport (OoS) will become the operator of this venue, and the information you provide voluntarily will be disclosed to OoS so it can respond to your enquiry or provide the relevant program or service.
