Neisha D’Souza announced as permanent CEO of Sydney Olympic Park Authority

Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Neisha D’Souza as Chief Executive Officer, following her tenure as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Authority since January 2025.
From day one, Neisha has demonstrated strong strategic leadership, swiftly gaining a deep understanding of the Authority’s broad and varied responsibilities and future opportunities, especially those associated with the advancement of draft Master Plan 2050.
Neisha brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at Property and Development NSW where she spearheaded strategic initiatives to unlock Government land for housing and service delivery. This expertise aligns seamlessly with the Authority's ambition to transform Sydney Olympic Park into a vibrant work, live and play suburb under draft Master Plan 2050.
This appointment reinforces the Department’s commitment to long-term leadership, stability, and continued delivery of positive experiences for our stakeholders, our local community and visitors alike. Neisha’s collaborative approach, energy, and dedication position the Authority well for the future.
