Event conditions
Prohibited items
- Offensive weapons (including knives, firearms, and laser pointers).
- Toys or imitation weapons.
- Fireworks, flares, or other explosive devices.
- Drones, and remote controlled devices.
- Illicit drugs.
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Political or offensive material, including clothing, banners, and flags.
- Bicycles and scooters.
- Video cameras and equipment including tripods and sound equipment.
- Dogs or other pets (excluding assistance animals).
- Temporary structures including tents and other fixtures.
- Fires, BBQs, stoves or cooking devices, unless authorised.
Restricted activities
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
- Items such as flags, umbrellas and oversized furniture must be taken down and put away if requested by staff.
- Offensive, disorderly or unsafe behaviour.
- Unauthorised selling, fundraising, busking, leafleting, advertising, promotional activity or commercial activity.
General conditions
- All attendees must consent to security screening, including bag searches and handheld metal detection. Attendees' refusing to undergo security screening without good cause (determined by SOPA) will be refused entry.
- Entry is subject to site capacity. Entry may be paused or refused.
- Intoxicated persons will be refused entry or evicted if on site.
- CCTV monitoring will be in place for safety and security purposes
- All attendees must adhere to the rules contained within the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Regulation 2018
- Sydney Olympic Park Authority staff, NSW Police and event security may refuse entry, direct attendees to leave, or remove persons from the event site in accordance with these conditions and applicable legislation.
