Hiding in plain sight

Nature is all around us, but finding it isn’t always easy.
Animals are the true masters of disguise, with some species having excellent camouflage to blend in with the habitat they live in. For prey species, like lizards and frogs, this helps them avoid detection from predators. For ambush predators, such as owls, camouflage help them to stay hidden from their prey until they can swoop in and catch their next meal.
